I really liked this hotel, it's in the heart of China Town. The bus stop in across the street from the hotel that can take you all the way to Navy Pier. And since this hotel has complimentary parking that's a huge plus for me. The customer service was great. The ONLY issue that I had was the hallways not being vacuumed (but I'm a stickler for vacuumed floors). But over all I realled liked it and I'll probably stay here from now on when visiting Chicago.

When guests in room above were showering water poured through the ceiling into our bathroom. Discovered in the middle of the night. Also, no shower curtain. Staff was attentive when brought it to their attention. Not a bad experience, hotel is just in a state that leaves some concern. Parking was super convenient and free!

My Stay At The Chicago South Loop Hotel ❤❤❤
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE staying at this hotel. The service is awesome, the rooms in my opinion are AWESOME. I feel safe, secure and always cared for. The rooms are clean, cozy, warm and comfortable. These are just a few reasons why I chose The Chicago South Loop Hotel . This is my FAVORITE place to stay when I need to get away for a bit. Thank you for ALL of what you all do. Look forward to staying again soon👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ok for the price but would pay a little more elsew
Two days straight housekeeping did not clean the room. Wifi was not working for 1.5 days. Too many kids running around in the hallway had to complain multiple times and no one bothered to say anything. Rooms are very big and comfortable beds but parking was also a nightmare at night.

The hotel seemed to be going through some renovations. The gift shop was never open for any forgotten necessities or even a Coke or snack. Our room was nice and roomy, but again, it needs some updating. The lamps were missing the knobs to turn them on and off. One lamp even had a screw in the place of the knob. It was quiet at night and the parking was convenient.
