Comfortable and Convenient
A very comfortable and convenient hotel in the heart of the city. Close to shopping, entertainment and plenty of eating options.

First time staying
Nice hotel. Parking your car using valet will cost you $60 per night. Really no other options even with using spothero. Very nice breakfast. Nice, friendly, professional front desk staff.

Great Price for the location and amenities
We enjoyed staying in this part of town. It was very accessible and the hotel had nice updates. We walked to several restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes with 2 small children in tow. For the price in the River North Area, finding this hotel was a steal. The pool area, particularly the bottom could use some updating but it was serviceable. Overall a great place to stay with family.

Family trip
Fire trucks were very loud all night. We were close to Navy Pier & many resturants & shops. Pictures showed rooms with mini fridges & microwaves. Most disappointed in no hot tub.

The hotel was clean...however it is located across the street from a fire station. In a city as big as Chicago you can imagine they got quite a few calls every night (more than 5) and used sirens every time they exited the station. We did speak with the staff after the first night, and they did give us a box fan which helped quite a bit. They were sold out the weekend we went, and one of the 3 elevators was broken...which meant long waits for the elevator each time. The adjoining restaurant is very expensive as well...would have been nice to have reasonable options for room service after a long day of sight-seeing with kids.
