Terrible bed.
Worse bed I have ever had at a hotel. Especially for a 4 star hotel charging $350 a night. Mattress sagged so bad into the middle, needed a seatbelt. The staff at check in was super nice and fast. They were getting slammed because of the Chicago marathon. Had breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. It was a good buffet and not over priced.

Very Good8.0

Stay was good. Room wasn't ready at check in time but very closely thereafter. Given how busy the weekend was with the marathon, it was completely understandable. They sent a text within an hour of check in time. The room was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay...highly recommend!
The hotel was a perfect location. Even with the marathon and extra people in the city, the hotel was very spacious, very organized and well prepared for the extra people checking in, eating, etc.

Bad esperience with the hotel &
When we got there at 5pm we’ve been told that they were oversold on double queen rooms!! They could give us a king but we had our 19 years old son with us. So we insisted on a double queen. They had one with two doubles (we paid a lot of maney for the room) but it was not clean. We went to dinner came back at 7:30pm and no sign of the room. We kept insisting that we needed the room. A manager finally got to a a room. I want to say that you charged me way more money than the cost of the room. I got it with because I thought I was getting a good deal. I am very disappointed with the Hyatt and wit

Great location; good food; bad service
The best of the hotel is the location. Walking distance from lots of points of interest. With some exceptions; service wasnt’t good. We had the following problems with service: 1) We booked a room that wasn’t the one they gave us in the first place; so we changed the room the following day 2) When we changed room I forgot a hanger in the other room and it took about 45 minutes to get it back after calling front desk, house keeping and security I finally went personaly to the front desk and they gave me the key of the other room that was still with no guests; and I got my hanger back 3) I was with my wife; she got locked out and since nobody asked for her ID when we checked in; she wasn’t allowed to enter until I came back. Finally a smart housekeeping lady opened the room 4) Some hotels workers were on a strike; so every day around 7am and until around 7pm these workers were making noise outside the hotel. We were in the 31st floor and we heard them loud, so I can’t imagine how annoyed were the guests of the lowers floors The bar in the first floor, called BIG; is very good.
