Me and my mom had a great stay here. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of high-quality food options - all the restaurants are easy to get into, no reservations needed. We got a swim up suite which is right by the pool, with great view. Highly recommend it!

It is a beautiful property; the staff is very polite and helpful. The A La Carte restaurants are great. We did not enjoy the Japanese interactive as much however all the others were great. The only thing I would change or add is a nice piano bar. It’s not a party hotel so everything closes down at midnight just an FYI

We loved Excellence Playa Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, food is delicious, staff is great. This resort is more for relaxing in our opinion, but still has some great night time activities! Would highly recommend!

8/10 Very good

Facility was fantastic. Food was pretty good. Service at the restaurants was pretty good. Pool area and beach was really nice. Entertainment was ok. Cuban band was great but the rest was lacking. No straws for the drinks which makes drinking the frozen drinks hard. Everyone was very friendly.
