Great stay with some exceptions
The food and service were absolutely great! The shows were fantastic! The facilities are great too, beautiful pool! The room was okay but hot tub jets did not work. We were disappointed with all the seaweed in the water and we could not get in! We were also turned off on the hotel people trying to get us to listen to timeshare info and the check in process took 30 minutes because they were trying to get us to listen to a timeshare presentation. We told them 3 times we were not interested during our trip but they are very persistent and don't understand No is NO!
