6/10 Good

Good location and friendly staff, but the hotel needs work…AC units are loud and there is a sewage odor that emanated from the sinks and bathroom.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Property was away enough from the port area and beautiful. Had a Great time in Cozumel.

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel B is a great place for me to relax. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the location is close to downtown but far enough away that the area is very quiet. Price was very reasonable, room was spacious, and the restaurant, bar, and scuba shop were all very accommodating. My air conditioner was a bit noisy but not bad enough that it really bothered my sleep so I had no real issues during my stay.

The best snorkeling on the island is behind the hotel. Staff also the best.

Amazing time, Marco and David at the resort gave so many great suggestions for our trip. We rented scooters, snorkeled right in front of the hotel and they had an amazing breakfast! Highly recommend

The staff is super helpful. The outside of the hotel is super nice. I was able to snorkel right of the hotel courtyard.

8/10 Very good

The hotel and our stay was lovely. Only issue was the pillows on the beds are all one size. They were too big for our comfort and our night sleep was not very good. If there could be a smaller one as well that would have helped.

My New Happy Place

Perfect place to unwind and relax. A hidden gem.
Leslie, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

It is so beautiful and the snorkeling and beach area are unparalleled! We were not told though that the cold water had been turned off and when our daughter was in the shower it started warm then got really hot and scalded her as she was trying to rinse out her hair. When we told the front desk they were barely apologetic. We were also not told that we had to put the card in a slot in order for (some) of the lights to work. The next day the hot water was turned off and the cold was on and we had to use cold water to shower- again the staff seemed to not care at all when we told them at the front desk.

The staff, OMG! I can’t remember the last time I was in a hotel that all the personal smile and was nice. I loved this place. I was a guest in a wedding and stay there for the weekend but I’ll definitely come back. My favorite part was the Spa, all the treatments they offer. The Spa is a magical place that you definitely do t want to skip.
Cesar, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Our room definitely did not have enough outlets. Otherwise it was great.
TERI RENAE, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Definitely not a business hotel. The room does not even have a desk. If you are going for vacation, perfect. Very poor shower water pressure. (Room 204). Rooms inside, nothing impressive. The beach, swimming pools, great, amaxing view. Restaurant and bar by the sea, beautiful.
Grigorios, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful property on the water. We stayed on the older side of the hotel. Very clean and great deal to get the luxury amenities. All rooms face the water so that view is amazing. Asked hotel to book us a snorkel trip and they got us the best deal. Went to town to price check & hotel got it right for us. $5 dollar taxi rides back and forth to the main town. Is walkable to a couple of restaurants and walkable if you want a workout. We did borrow their bikes and rode to town in about 10 mins. If you're staying in the Northe side of town this is the place to stay.
Jessica, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I have stayed at this property two times in the last 6 months. The first one was at Hotel B-Unique and the second one, Hotel-B. I found both areas very comfortable. Everything is great! The only small suggestion I have relates to the smoking areas. I noticed people were allowed to smoke in NS areas and by the stairs that take you to the sea. I believe that this is not just disturbing for non-smokers but also dangerous for the ecosystem due to irresponsible smokers leaving cigarette butts on the sea rocks.

6/10 Good

Was just OK for the price. Half Hotel is the “regular side” and half the boutique side. Didn’t like that part. Offered free breakfast in the listing but it’s not anything significant. For the price I expected more, for example, my toilet back part Was cracked and broken, Bathroom tiles cracked or Chipped, towels well worn and some with stains, room could use fresh paint and the CONSTRUCTION NOISE was constant until about 7pm each day including weekends. Interesting concept, perfect location, super Nice staff, just needs some TLC for the price.
Melissa Marie, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Waiting time to check in was excesive, since it appears that his all over, they make copies of passports and ids and make you wait until the paperwork is done. The room was so old and rustic. There were no electrical outlets near the beds or accessible. The tv in the room was so small and poorly programs. The lighting was also poor with incandescent lightning. The beds were horrible, uncomfortable and old, and worn-out with bedding sheets horribly hard including the pillows. The breakfast food was not good either, very limited and horrible. Some parts of the hotel is under construction, and the hammering and work starts as early as 8am and goes well after 9pm. The noise is unbearable laud. I will never stay at rhis place ever again.
Ricardo, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

This was my second time staying at this property and you can see some things that are growing in more need of repair. The food on the menu clearly tries to be healthy but the choices are not real appealing to everyone. The free breakfast is for sure nothing to write about except the presentation. I ordered an omelette with bacon and the bacon inside smelled not only old but was barely cooked. The pancakes I felt were a safer option. Rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. Balcony was great and nice to have a fridge even though we didn’t use anything in it. The worst part is the area off the elevator that connects to the building. There is a short ramp walkway with some stripping on it that leads downhill but when it rains it’s not covered and gets soaking wet. Completely hazardous and I saw someone fall which I’m sure was terrifying. The food we ordered at lunch was so little and the guac came with 4 tortilla shells that were very stale. I’m just really disappointed that things were not better and with all the choices of places to stay in Cozumel something needs to happen if this place wants to have returning guests
Robin, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Anete, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Rooms are dimly lit and only have 2 outlets, 1 in the bathroom and 1 above the small, tepid mini bar fridge. Very simple room with a decent shower. There is no info in the room to assist the guest with basic questions; when we tried to call the front desk by dialing 0 on the unlabeled phone, no one answered. The macrame chairs are pretty & sturdy, but the bar across the back kills your back. A number of guests waited in the open air lobby with us for several hours as none of the availabe rooms were ready before 3. The staff was nice enough, but we are unlikely to stay again.
