Day in Cozumel
First of all at checkin I selected to pay at hotel. When got there went to pay with my Hotels credit card the lady checking us in said the rate would be double if I paid with my card versus cash. The room had zero amenities a bar of soap in the bathroom that was it. No water and had to go across the street to purchase water. In Mexico that is very strange.

Location was convenient & central to anything you would need. I don’t know why any hotels on Cozumel say they have a beach club when there are really no beaches on the main strip but it was fine. Good restaurant (limited hours though) & 50% off if you are a hotel guest.

Holiday stay
We truly loved the location and the staff was super friendly. The housekeeping did not do a very good job cleaning the room. The room was adequately appointed however the beds were like sleeping on a bare box spring the springs dug in to your body. The shower had a horrid sewer smell. We would stay again and most likely will as we had such a fun time at the facility.

Run down but worth it
It is a run down hotel but perfect if you want to be near the place with all the restaurants and shops. It us nicely located right in front of a mega grocery store/department store where you can fund anything you need. It has its private access to the beach for snorkeling and diving companies can pick you up right at the hotel’s pier. The pool looks nice and it has a bar with discount for hotel guests

An old and old-fashioned but well maintained hotel. Main problem not with hotel but its association with No Name Beach Club it shared sea-front with - loud music all day often till 10 p.m. and a young, noisy crowd which they told me were crew from the cruise-ships nearby, a fave hangout. However, the restaurant/bar had good discounts for Barracuda clients.

Like staying with family!
Stayed for a scuba diving trip and it was as if we were staying with family! Everyone was SO friendly and helpful! The location is convenient to everything you need or want to do and the dive boat picked us up right there. There is a dive shop on site as well as bar, food, and parasailing. You can enjoy the pool or swim from the shore and also shore dive. There is a market across the street and taxis available all the time. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. We will be staying there again!

This property is a little older, but great place to stay. It’s clean but you will find some stains. The staff is awesome! The location is close to everything. Only problems were no hair dryer and like most of Mexico you cannot flush toilets tissues.
