Towering skyscrapers create a skyline that seems to rise straight from Lake Michigan's blue waters. The Art Institute houses masterpieces while Millennium Park's reflective 'Bean' sculpture distorts the city in delightful ways. Navy Pier offers carnival-like fun with a giant Ferris wheel providing spectacular views. Wrigley Field remains gloriously old-school, where ivy-covered walls and hand-turned scoreboards transport baseball fans to another era. Deep-dish pizza at local institutions sparks fierce debates about whose crust reigns supreme. The Chicago River's architecture boat tours reveal how the city rebuilt itself after the Great Fire. Field Museum's Sue, the world's most complete T-Rex, stares down visitors with 65-million-year-old intensity.

Fairmont Chicago at Millennium Park
"We stayed on the concierge floor. It was worth the upgrade. The food was exceptional and the staff, especially Madonna, went out of their way to make you feel welcomed."
Hilton Chicago
"Spacious, clean, convenient location"
The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel Chicago Loop
"Needed to request a microwave from the front desk. Guest services brought it in a timely manner."
L7 Chicago by LOTTE
"I have stayed at this hotel many times and u have to commend the staff on their level of service. They are always ready to assist you. The rooms are spacious and modern and even though it's in the middle of downtown its really quiet in the rooms."
InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile by IHG
"Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, and very comfortable bedding (my friend who shared the room wtih me ordered the pillows for use at home!). Rooms are about the size one would expect for this neighborhood - smaller than in the suburbs! The bathroom amenities are high quality. I only subtracted a star because the elevators were very, very slow resulting in us and several other groups of guests using the stairs which were pretty poorly labeled for ease of use and for safety (if there had been an emergency. I gave this feedback to staff who were outwardly receptive - and who hopefully re-sign the stairwells so that other guests like us (and the other 8 people we found in them!) will know exactly where to go whether rushed or at a calm pace."
Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago
"Located conveniently to Millenium park and other nearby attractions. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was excellent."
Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport
"Very convenient, helpful staff"
