"Room was overall clean, but no fitted sheets and had actual dirt and stones under the sheets of our bed! Windows are filthy and nothing worked as it should. Lights were out, A/C and Heat were useless and had to open the window to make it less stuffy. One staff member was helpful but the night manager lady is very rude. Never got her name but asked about extending our stay and simply got rude speech and then hung up on."

"Even though the State Street bridge is closed this hotel is an easy walk to many bus stops and to the Loop itself. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, daily happy hour, and good linens. A good value! "
