It was difficult to find because it was on a dirt road and not a lot of signage. However once we found the place it was delightful! Very clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was outstanding. Parking easy. Breakfast in the morning was toast and jam and a plate of delightful fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay there again

Colazione tipica preparata sul momento. Si può usufruire di un posto auto all'interno della struttura altrimenti ci sono posti all'esterno. L'albergo è in una strada poco frequentata , la stanza è risultata confortevole e pulita.

Va bene per una notte

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Carlotta per una notte e l’esperienza nel complesso è stata discreta, ma con diversi aspetti migliorabili. La struttura era pulita. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi che hanno reso il soggiorno poco confortevole: la porta della stanza è in vetro e non coperta da tenda, quindi di notte entrava molta luce dai lampioni in cortile. Il punto più critico è stato il pagamento: non ci era stato comunicato chiaramente che non fosse possibile pagare con carta di credito. Questo ha creato notevoli disagi, soprattutto perché l’host ci ha richiesto il pagamento in contanti solo la sera, quando ormai avevamo già restituito l’auto ed era complicato prelevare. Sarebbe bastata una comunicazione più tempestiva all’arrivo per evitare il problema. In definitiva, Villa Carlotta può andar bene solo per una notte, per la vicinanza (in auto) all’aeroporto di Cancun, utile se si deve partire presto e non si cerca particolare comfort. Non la consiglierei però per soggiorni più lunghi.

Hubo una equivocación con mi reserva y al contactar en la app hoteles me dijeron que me resolverán en 3 horas y tuve la oportunidad de contactar al alojamiento directamente y la encargada me atendió súper bien, me ayudó con mi reservación, nos dio una atención excelente, diría perfecta. Muy aparte que el desayuno es básico, fue muy rico. El lugar precioso en instalaciones, jardín y pasar una experiencia relajante. Muy recomendable 100%

Petit hôtel bon rapport qualité/orix

Très bon séjour, très calme. Un accueil excellent et attentionné. Patricia est aux petits soins. C'est rare un hôtel qui prend la peine d'écrire avant notre arrivée et envoie le plan. Il est vrai que, très proche de l'aéroport, ce petit hôtel est dans un quartier résidentiel un peu complexe. Les chambres sont propres, fonctionnelles . Il manque juste une petite table ou une étagère pour poser des affaires. Le petit déjeuner continental est simple ( pain grillé, beurre, confiture, fruit, café, lait) mais bon. Un bon hôtel avant ou après un voyage en avion!
