"We are frequent travelers and wanted to be somewhere within walking distance to the Termini station. Within 8 minutes on foot we were at the front door and were awed by the staff's attention to detail and personal touch. Everywhere place we went, from the Hotel's restaurant to the front desk at any time of the day, the Hotel staff knew our names and about our stay. We ordered a box lunch as we had an early plane departure, and each of the 10 euro "box lunches" was enough food for 3 people. The room was large and the bathtub and shower were spacious. Other rooms in our itinerary just didn't measure up to this hotel. If it is not a 5 star hotel, it should be."
"The staff was great, and Emanuele was invaluable in explaining the map and points of interest. The great location has all the amenities. From the Metro” subway,” we had a deal with breakfast included. A grocery store and 24-hour small shops are also within the area. "
