The room was clean (with an addition to daily housekeeping), maintained, comfortable. The whole service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent - friendly and will greet you all the time you pass by the guest service area no matter how many times or any staff that will see you by the hallway or outside the hotel. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, not too crowded is a plus. It is close to our key locations, like 3-minute walk to Trevi Fountain and other landmarks, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again if given a chance."
