Loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area. My suite was clean, comfortable and the beds were really nice. Lots of room! Breakfast was great in the morning and the staff was super nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!

My check in was pleasant. The woman behind the desk was so cheerful and friendly that she made me feel very welcome.The room was clean and quiet. I also appreciated the warm cookie and hot cup of tea I had upon arrival. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Close to Woodfield Mall and great restaurants.

It was soooo nice! My husband was floored by the comfort of the bed and the shower was my favorite feature! I did ask for a romantic feel to my stay since it was Valentine's weekend but it was still very very nice. We literally should have stayed longer. I will most likely refer the Hyatt Regency any time. I loved every feature of the Hotel, just beautiful. The cost wasn't bad for all that the hotel had to offer, well worth it!

The Hawthorn staff was out of this world and the value couldn't be beat. The room was average plus, but did a great job for a short trip. Was convenient to have the kitchenette. But most of all the staff just did a knockout job and makes me want to return.

Right next door to Ikea and very close to Woodfield Mall. The decor was very similar to other Springhill Suites I've stayed at but just not as nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a good value.

Hotel area was nice and quiet. Tons of shopping and restaurants around the area. Room was tidy not ultra clean. Towels were the biggest drawback...old, scratchy, did not absorb anything. Kitchenette was decent. Wish it had a dishwasher like other suite hotels I have stayed in. Bed was comfy and the heat worked great.
