I like the facilities. The front desk staff when I checked in were very nice and helpful. One staff for checking me out was not helpful. I requested caaling a taxi for me. She pushed me away saying "just use wechat" But I did not have a wechat. Then she pushed me out saying just get metro. She had no sense that someone from aboard dont have wechat nor wechat pay. I think it is shame that having an excellent hadrware but badly trained staff.

reception people excellent. desk where they tell you where to go what to see level of English of staff was poor dining room on second floor food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) below par. Poor quality and cooking left a lot to be desired. So much tasteless food. had one Chinese meal at conference (maybe catered by Chinese restaurant in hotel equally bad as restaurant on level two.
