Close to Yu Garden barhroom was not clean and some of the fresh linen had lipstick on it. The English speaking at the front desk was not good. On checking in the staff did not return my credit card with my passport and other papers. It was brought to my room 10 minutes later.

Excellent stay overall. Loved the staff and services we received. The robot that delivered good to our room was adorable. Club lounge access which provides breakfast, desserts, drinks throughout the day was a great value and convenient.

Loved that the hotel is located at a strategic location (right opposite Yuyuan Garden Metro Station Exit 3) & 5 mins walking distance from Yu Garden. The hotel staffs were friendly & the housekeeping team made my family's stay a pleasant one for sure. Do note that if you are travelling in a group of 3 and paid for the extra person fees, the hotel does not provide an extra bed (separate fees for the bed will be incurred).

Great place to stay in Shanghai
Love this hotel in shanghai. Right next to a metro stop. Walking distance to the bund. Right next to the Yu gardens with little shops and eating areas. Second time staying at hotel without of town guests. we had 3 rooms between all of us. Room on the 20 th floor had an amazing view of the financial district

Awesome Experience
My seven day stay was awesome. Got free upgrade to a corner room with outstanding views of the Bund. Staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Great location close to old Shanghai it’s metro just across the street.
