I would stay here again
it was a nice place to stay. My only complaint would be that I was staying Thursday night through Sunday morning and there were only two bath size towels. 4 would have been nice. One of the very best things was the air conditioning! I have stayed in Montreal before and there is never good AC. Here it was terrific! I like it close to ice box and this place delivered. I slept better because it was nice and cool while it was very hot outside. Bed was comfortable as well. The desk chair was a little torn and part of the sink had a small crack, but I don't care about that sort of thing at all. I never could get the WI-FI to work on my phone, but maybe it works better for laptops.

Brand New Studio Montreal
Brand New Studio was a pleasure to stay in. The place was clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. They let us check in early and check out late. We would love to stay there again if/when we visit Montreal.

Good and bad
This apartment was wonderfully appointed, Its layout, sheets and bedding, dishes and utensils and great location, near the bus terminal and bus to the airport as well as the Berri Street Metro. A big problem is no one was in the office as scheduled. We did arrive late morning rather than at the appointed time of four. It took more than an hour and with the help of an attendant to get some one to respond.

Avoid!!
I don’t usually write reviews but this place was not good. Firstly the location was not as advertised on the hotels.com app. Secondly no water pressure meaning shower was basically useless. Had to wash in the sink for two days. Completely unacceptable and the landlord basically told me he couldn’t do anything. Avoid. Much better options for the cost.

Loved my stay!
A great stay for me! Attention: when you reach the parking garage; the doors are going to be closed! However, drive down a bit and they will automatically OPEN! Drive down the kiosk, insert your credit or debit card (no parking isn't free) but it's not super expensive like American big cities at $50 a night; like in D.C. Drive about 10 yards and turn left, all the way down until it curves right, and then driver all the way down until you see the section you are given to park in; according to the email you receive. The apartment if a no frills, simple apartment, but you are there to get out and about. Not stay in the room and watch TV. BTW, I couldn't get the tv to work on simple channels but I was never there to watch TV. I was at the Canadian Grand Prix and loving it! All in all, the bed is super comfy, pillows are awesome, and you may want to bring a few trash bags (I'm being serious). The parking garage is super secure and so is this building. Two streets over there are tons of bars, restaurants, and a nightclub. You will be staying in the Latin Quarter of Montreal! Cheers ! On your way out tip the cleaning person- I did!

Pretty good but ...
Pros: Great location (near downtown, Starbucks around corner); clean room; clean area; relatively quiet; amenities were a plus (refrigerator, microwave) Cons: Replace shower head (weak water pressure, water in sink hotter than in shower); TV presented some challenges because signal that facilitated channels was spotty (only Netflix, Youtube, and a few other channels); would have been nice to know where to empty trash daily Miscellaneous: Must be okay with email relationship with owner if there are any questions or if something goes wrong

Avoid like the plague if handicapped.
This location claims all of its units are handicapped accessible. That is not the case. If fact there wasn’t 1 accessible feature in any of their units. The bathroom was so small that you could close the door if you were in a heel chair. There wasn’t 1 grab bar to be found. Not by the toilet. Not in the shower. None. The bed was so low it made it very difficult to transfer from the bed to the wheelchair. It took over an hour for someone to arrive to let us in. When asked about the lack of accessibility, the clerk told me “Yeah I know it’s listed wrong. We should probably change that. “We’ll get to it sometime”. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Hotels.com but they were unable to find an accessible room in that area of Montreal. Overall, I love Montreal but this place is a disaster.

Cozy stay with hidden gem
Location is good. Restaurants and groceries where a few blocks away plus the building is connected to a parking garage which had low rates considering the location. The place was super clean and we had issues with the internet at first but it was resolved right away. The owner/person handling the unit was very helpful and responded quickly even if it was a holiday. The hidden gem I think is the rooftop garden. It was so peaceful amidst the busy surroundings. We were too busy doing the touristy stuff that we didn’t get a chance to go until our last day. Definitely staying here again and next time for a longer stay.

Room was clean, great location, kitchen fully functional. The only terrible experience was the check-in. Property owner/manager was not available, did not send information on how to enter building so we were stuck on the street for a few hours until finally, after having contacted Hotels.com and almost getting sent to a different location, property owner/manager sent us the information. If booking here, make sure you get check-in info BEFORE arriving to Montreal.
