To address the elephant in the room, this IS a love/couples hotel! 😅 But if you can get past that, it’s really nice! I mean, why spend ¥8000 for a cramped business hotel in Shibuya, when you can get a ¥5500~ love hotel with SOOOOOOO much more space?! Think about it: •Friendly Staff •Huge Room •Huge Bathroom (some jetted baths) •Late Checkout 🙌 •Tons of amenities (personal microwave and fridge) •No worries about being too loud! TWO WAY really exceeded my expectations! The staff was attentive and super kind! On the app, smoking rooms were only available… but at checkin, I was offered a nonsmoking one 🙌! Thanks TWO WAY for making my stay a pleasant one! I will be back.

Good location, just a short walk from Shibuya Station and only 2 minutes from Shinsen station. The room was very big, especially for Japan. The bath and shower room were also big and spacious and they provide nice toiletries. Staff can’t speak English but they are trying to help as much as they can. The mattress was uncomfortable, it was hard and you could feel the springs.

Dirty in so many ways
This place is a sex hotel. Didn’t know that. As soon as I walked into the room I wanted to cancel my reservation. Room was dirty. Bed looked so bad that I didn’t even sleep on it. Elevator sex music playing in the room. Had to ask how to turn it off. Would not recommend this hotel.
