Great location. Tiny rooms.

Ok place to stay
If you are at lower floor, you would still hear noise from outside up to about mid night. Not easy to get help if not able to speak Japanese. People are friendly but barely speak English and some of facilities only with Japanese instruction. Breakfast is simple, not providing too many choices of food. Comparing to other hotels we stay during this trip, this one is the worst. Might be because Shinjuku area is a more expense area which appreciates the price and yet depreciates the value.

Nice hotel. Really close to Shinjuku Sanchome Station, can get basically anywhere from there. Rooms are snug but with enough logical places to put a laptop, a phone, an iPhone, a white noise machine, etc etc. You can figure it out. Only two caveats are this. First the hotel WiFi was super slow. Secondly, it seems like at night i got very slow download speeds from my WiFi egg as well basically every night. Might be down to the area at large being throttled due to its popularity, I googled briefly and that seems to be a thing. Something to keep in mind.
