Tokyu Stay Shinjuku, Tokyo
When booking the hotel, we were a little apprehensive as the room did not appear to be very big online. True to form, the room was not very big, as compared to regular, US hotel rooms. That said, it was plenty big enough for my wife and I. Moreover, the bed was bigger than expected and slept two quite comfortably. The best part of the room was how clean it was, especially the bathroom. The in-room washer/dryer combo was a nice add-on. In addition to the above, the service was quite good. The front desk attendants spoke excellent English and I did not need to use the limited amount of Japanese I learned for the trip (got to use it elsewhere, though). Overall, I cannot recommend Tokyu Stay Shinjuku high enough. Great value and great hotel.

Thumbs up Tokyu Stay Shinjuku!!!
Such service the staff gives to its guest! Every single staff member was so helpful and friendly! I wish the USA people were like that too! The Shinjuku area has so much to do also! The only thing is the room is small but it’s a Japanese thing so you get use to it!

Tokyu Stay Shijuku is a MUST!
I did a lot of research before I went to to book my Tokyo stay. All things lead to staying Shinjuku. When I checked out Tokyu Stay Shinjuku on the site it was a little hard to tell exactly where it was because I was not familiar with the area. My daughter and I finally found the property and were pleasantly surprised. It is located smack dab in the middle of Shinjuku. There are restaurants, shopping choices, ATMs, and night life just out the front door. Perfect location. There was no street noise there was not interior noise at all. I must warn you that the rooms are TINY! We booked a double, thinking that it was a room with two double beds, but was actually a room with one double bed...look closely at the description when you book. The bathroom was great, it was clean and everything worked fine.

Nice hotel in shinjuku
Check in was efficient and hotel staff spoke English well enough. Rooms can be small but we're good for Tokyo standards. Hotel was clean and perfect for what I needed. Having the washing machine/dryer inside the room was a nice feature. I liked that it was close enough to things like the subway station and other tourist spots while being far enough away from the hustle and bustle and neon of Shinjuku. There are plenty of food / happy hour options close by that were also nice. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, comfortable hotel
A very well located hotel in the small streets of Shinjuku Sanchome with the E2 exit 2mons away. Close to Isetan and lots of shops and restaurants. Everything about our stay was great except their environment policy. If you stay 6 days or less your room is cleaned everyday. If you stay in the hotel for 7 days or more they only clean the room once, on a Friday. We are a very neat couple but did find it hard with shopping bags and trash stacking up over the first 5 days of our stay. Also, there weren’t any trash cans on the floors on in the lobby to use. Otherwise, everything else was great.
