Hotel is located near Seibu-Shinjuku station which is just about 5 minutes walk away from hotel and is about 15 minutes away from the main Shinjuku Station. There isn't a lot of amenities/facilites within the hotel. There are a lot of people loitering around the hotel area which makes us feels a little uncomfortable. Overall, the room is clean although it's super small and is super difficult to open two luggages in a room. I personally would not go back to this hotel again.

So far, it’s a really good deal according the pricing. Clean & convenience. No matter it just clean up a room every 2 days, it is accepted and no complaints. However, it’s a different customer service if compare before pandemic. Overall,?we recommend it and back again.

The hotel is small but in a good way! The staff is helpful and I recommend getting the breakfast with your booking! The food is great and it saves the time and money of finding a breakfast place in the mornings! The 7/11 is right next door and JR Shinjuku station is a short walk away through unique Kabukicho.
