Nice hotel but long walk from train station
Hotel is in great shape and check-in is easy. The bathroom had an odor but otherwise clean. The rooms are extremely small but the beds are comfortable just might not be soft enough for some. Their target market is a younger crowd. Loud music in the lobby most of the time. Not as convenient location wise as I would have liked. A long walk or bus ride is required to get to the hotel. It is located next to a park and the area is nice. I probably would not stay there again due to its distance from the train. Great for budget travelers though. The lobby seems like an easy place to meet other travelers.

A very nice Hotel in Shinjuku
The hotel is very well located in Shinjuku across street to a park and a beautiful tall building with nice views, the staff are nice courteous very good in English, the rooms are comfortable clean with everything you need, the lobby smooth music underground gives you a cool vibe, not to mention the delicious buffet food at the restaurant, and the cherry on top is the small delicatessen bakery that completes your stay in Tokyo.

Americans rate Japanese accommodations.
Even though the description states the room dimensions, it was difficult to imagine just how challenging occupying it could be. The staff was friendly and helpful; the accommodations clean but I would never book a room again this size. There are no top sheets or facial washcloths and the pillows are rock hard. Perhaps a cultural thing? The hotel’s location is excellent and the bakery was made this carb-limiting woman break the rules daily with reckless abandon.

Amazing stay for the Tokyo Marathon. Great location near the start and access to public transportation. Hotel staff was extremely helpful especially at check-in after a long travel day. Check out was fast and easy also. Cafe was excellent although it would be nice for earlier opening hours.

Stayed for Tokyo Marathon 2023
I was there at The Knot hotel for the Tokyo Marathon 2023. I had a great stay there, and very convenient to the marathon start area. Having two restaurants and a bakery on premises provided added convenience. The staff was super friendly and helpful and rooms very clean. Would definitely stay there again.
