Definitedly will stay again in this hotel.
The tap water is drinkable and I tested the water it was good for drinking. The small stainless steel kettle for boiling water is clean and easy to clean. The face soap available in the bathroom is a plus. One thing missing is no body lotion in the amenity. It will be appreciated if the room has this refill body lotion as well.

Confusing and busy place
This is an extremely busy and confusing hotel. We stayed in the Annex, which a separate entrance from the main building and has its own check in desk. The room was okay. Nothing fancy. Fairly small, but in Tokyo terms it was probably roomy. The main issue was breakfast. There are five separate restaurants in the hotels that serve breakfast, all with different cuisines. Warning: the line to have breakfast was very long at each restaurant. If you are in a hurry in the morning, you will need to get up really early and wait in line for breakfast. We stayed three nights, and missed breakfast the first two mornings because the lines for food were long and we had scheduled tours that we would have missed if we waited. On the third day we waited in line about 15 minutes and had breakfast at the Manhattan lounge. It was mediocre, and we had hoped for more Western dishes and fruit. It was crowded and congested around the coffee serving areas. As far as convenience, it is near the Shinjuku station. We had difficulty finding the right exit from the station and finding our way back to the hotel. This was our first time in Tokyo and we found it terribly confusing. If you are an experienced Tokyo traveler, this might not be a problem. The hotel arranged for our transport on the airport bus, and the staff was very helpful and attentive...making sure we were on the right bus, so that was a plus

A Hotel in a Quiet Area in Shinjuku
The hotel is about 4 block away or 12 minute walk from Shinjuku train station. It is in an office area so it is a bit quiet. There is a family mart on the ground level. Reception is on the 2nd floor in the annex building. The room was small, clean, and quite comfortable. The heating system/ Air Conditioning system (not operated during our early April stay) was centralized so at times it felt too warm. Amenities such as Shampoo, soap, tea, and coffee were provided. Towels were clean and replaced every day. Staff were very friendly and check in and check out were fast and efficient. In all, we will recommend this hotel to friends because of its location, staff, and room condition.

yeah its a 3 star hotel....
Its third class hotel. Restaurant in building n convenience store so thats great but Annex building u have to walk back to get to, taxi isnt there, no clerk for luggage, people at the front just give you cart n no help for luggage. There way or no way, its set standard operation. Place to stay over night, min. No service to give extra hand or relax. So its good 3 star

The Washington Annex is the old part of the hotel, it needs updating. The room was ok and the beds were confortable. The area is great for walking, shopping and restaurants. Subway station is nearby.
