Overall great stay and helpful staff
The hotel was clean and we could tell that they are upgrading/updating the hotel. The staff were helpful and lent us nail cutter and fruit knife when we needed one! The japanese restaurant served great Teppanyaki and you should try it there! The chinese restaurant was not as fancy and you can give it a miss. The location is not as ideal as it is quite a walk to metro station, and it is around 15 mins drive to Tokyo Station. As it is located at CBD area, it is very dark and quiet at night. There is also common laundry facilities and i would like to suggest the hotel to replace the existing machines to 2-in-1 machines and increase to more than 2 machines. We did laundry twice for our stay and we had to queue many times (once for washing, once for drying) for more than 30 mins each time.

Our home away from home
We loved our home away from home at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel, hiked Mt. Fuji with our 2 daughters, and returned to stay at the hotel for 1 night before traveling to Kyoto and Osaka, and returning for our last night at the hotel. Our room for 4 people was very spacious. The staff was very helpful with our luggage storage. Convenient location to the train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel to stay at! Close to transportations and many little convenient stores such as Family Mart, 7 Eleven and also a Starbucks! Very beautiful and clean hotel. We had the family room which was big! We will definitely stay there when we go back in Japan!

A super convenient hotel.
Super convenient. It’s just 3 minutes walk from the Iidabashi metro and Suidobashi JR. 5 minutes walk to Tokyo dome where there are matches happening almost everyday. Showers are strong and room was very relatively spacious for the my family of four. Hotel breakfast was not bad but I suggest to just get some bread from the bakery which is super yummy.
