Amazing Luxury, Service and Decor
One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in worldwide. Decor and environment are top notch, you’ll feel like a million bucks the moment you step in the lobby - will feel even better after you experience their service. If traveling without kids, the in-house Japanese and French restaurants (on the 3rd or 6th floor) looked really nice. If with kids, at least sneak out for a drink at the lounge/bar (next to the French restaurant) - one of the best Martini’s I’ve ever had. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and (to my knowledge) all feature great views of the cityscape or palace grounds. Right next to Imperial Palace, Maranouchi district and Tokyo Station. Can’t say it enough, the service is truly first class!

Famously above and beyond service at a famous hotel. Very large rooms for the price and worth the expense.

Top choice in Tokyo!
We have been coming to Tokyo for at least six times a year since 2010. We have stayed at Palace Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Andaz Hotel, Prince Gallery Hotel, Capitol Hotel, Ascott Hotel, Oakwood Hotel, Conrad Hotel and you name it! We would say that Palace Hotel is definitely among our top our choice! Its impeccable service, elegant interior, aromatic perfume, Michelin Sushi (Kanesaka) and central location are the reasons that we kept coming back! However, it lacks a membership program which would help to lock us in for future loyalty! I would strongly urge them to consider such a program to compete with its competitors such as SPG, Hyatt and Hiltons for upgrades and free nights.

Excellent room. Spacious. The bed is super comfy. All the amenities are great. Bathroom is excellent. The only -ve is the shower door is not super water tight so the floor right outside of the shower is somewhat flooded afterwards. The breakfast buffet is great. Definite book a room w/ breakfast included. The location is right next to the Imperial palace. There are restaurant and shops w/i walking distance but it’s not right in the hub of the action like shinguku or Shibuya. But if u like your hotel to be somewhat remove from the hustle and bustle, then this is the one for u.
