Great hotel for it's purpose- a quick stay!
This is definitely a business hotel, and it’s great for a couple nights of just having a bed and a bathroom to get through a quick stay. We stayed for a week, which was a little too long for a hotel like this- things got a cramped and messy with all the loot we acquired in Japan. Also note that they do not clean the rooms every day, although you can always request it. The coin laundry was amazing; two of them even have PIN locks on them so no one can just take your stuff! Also the laundry detergent is INCLUDED in your wash!! The staff were always professional and courteous, check in was through a kiosk but they were helpful in that process too. Location is great if you are planning to do stuff in Roppongi but if you're looking for a well connected location this really isn't it; you'll find better options elsewhere. Finally, I would definitely be okay staying here again but only for a day or two!
