Poor 2.0
The place is awful and the manager treats!
Not worth it at all. Rude manager, dirty halls, timed bathroom usage- simple awful and stressful. The manager treated to kicker out on spot if I don't pay her 9 euros city tax within hours I arrived in Venice!! Knowing that all 15 atms in venice are a nightmare to operate, if you find one that works.

Great location and great value
Great Value. This place is near city center. If you want to visit Venis, I recommend to stay inside island. There is Japanese staff, she is very kind. I want to come back again.
Megumi, us2 night trip
Good 6.0
The hotel is more like a Hostel, at least the triple room we booked. The door to our room wouldn't lock and there are shared bathrooms (in the description just missed when booking in a hurry). Great location and friendly service, just know what you're getting. Too expensive for the lack of amenities.

Fair 4.0
Horrible staff, hostile, aggressive, rude
The staff was horrible. A long story- The description on says the city tax is €2.8 per night per person, but when I checked in, the staff charged me €4. I showed her the app description, and she just kept saying “No, it’s written here.” really brusquely. I just don’t know where her reference is. So I called for confirmation. While I’m waiting for my enquiry, another guest who overheard our conversation started arguing with the staff. He’s been staying in the hostel for several nights, and has witnessed TWO previous guests having the same problem as me with the city tax. He complained she’s aggressive and is not communicating, and she became even more hostile as the quarrel went on. I also learned that before, someone rang the bell, but the staff didn’t open the door, and the guest had to open it for her. (Let me explain. I made my reservation here in advance, so the staff gave me the instructions of getting the key to enter via WhatsApp early that morning. It’s like self-service on Airbnb. So apparently, walk-ins are not welcomed in this hostel.) Anyway, the staff defended that it’s for security reasons, as she had no idea who this guy outside was. The guest questioned her “But you’re a human, not a robot!” Such a long story. But I have really never met such a rude and arbitrary staff in hostels. She made me feel uncomfortable that I changed to another hostel on the following day.
