Excellent hotel on the Grand Canal that was clean, well decorated, and with friendly & helpful staff. The room was very comfortable with only one slightly negative remark regarding the air conditioning which was working but was minimal and couldn't really feel any airflow. This left the room a bit warm at night. But the location of the hotel is practically smack in the middle of the island, has a pier right in front for cabs, and is located near the Rialto bridge. It's also directly across from the Rialto water bus station, all of which made it easy to access every part of the island and just as easy to find the hotel again. Great find.

Venice the way it should be!
We loved the hotel and the location really was perfect. We got the room with a partial view of the Grand Canal - it was just what we hoped it would be! My only complaint is the rooftop bar is a little understaffed. Probably best though as it would probably be too booked if the service was better as it is exceptional up there. We started goint there from 4-6 as it was not busy and the limited staff could keep up.

Great experience from start to finish. Check in was efficient and the gentleman was very informative and helpful. The room was spotless (114) with a good view. It was best room in the 5 hotels we stayed in while in Italy. The Terrace bar had an amazing view of the Canal and the service was exceptional. Would not stay anywhere else when we return to Venice.

Fantastic one day stay at H10 in Venice during our 11 day journey in Italy. We have stayed at the H10 in Sevilla Spain and loved it. H10 in Venice did not disappoint. Hotel staff especially Islam and Sofia went beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
