I’ll not go there again
Its very noisy inside the room, just like you are laying in the street! Aircondition system is not works properly. Nobody treat you well there! One time one of the staff told me its a two star hotel man! What do you expect!! I just told him just a little respect, this is not depend on the hotel stars.

Never again
This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for years. The moment I walked into my room,. I turned around and went back down to the desk to request a different room, which I never do. The noise from the street was deafening, and there is practically zero insulation for street noise with the thin paned window. I was told the noise dies down after 8pm. The desk people were nice throughout my stay, as they ripped me off the money I paid for that room. So, I had to be up at 7 am to catch a bus to the airport. Drunk people were shouting outside my window all night. For volume, I might as we have slept on the street. At 3:30 in the morning, I got up, and again requested that I get a different room. They only had one available, which had the same problem, being on the same side and on the same floor. It is appalling to me that this place charged anything more than 15 Euros for the night. I paid 70 or 80ish, if I remember correctly. It finally got quiet enough (or I was so exhausted) around 4:30 or 5 am that I fell asleep. It was the worst hotel stay I have had in about 8 years... I will never stay there again, and in fact, I will never stay on that street again. It is not the place to go if you want sleep. The poor insulation of the buildings, and too many drunks. The noise level was so appalling that I was insulted that I did not get my money back for this rip off of a stay. It is a nice street to walk down during the day and evening, but it is impossible to sleep there.

So close to the train station!
This hotel does not have a sign hanging outside the building so in short we pass the hotel not realizing it's so close to Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia. The person checking us in is very pleasant to deal with. We came early like 11:10AM & check in does not start until 2PM. She told us that we can leave our suitcase by the elevator side and we can start roaming already around Venice & to come back around 1 or 2PM so we could finally check in. I didn't realize that I booked two separate rooms for a family of 4! Well it's a plus having two kids ages 10 & 9 because each room has its own bathroom therefore we could shower and do what we need to do in much less time! The room is small but comfortable. I really love the fact that this hotel is so close to the train station! I saw people carrying and dragging their huge suitcases to the stairs all around Venice! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VENICE HAS HUNDREDS OF STAIRS DUE TO THE CANALS! And yes I am aware of that but did not realize that its so many of them! The hotel neighbors are nomnoms (restaurants and pizzerias), lots of it and souvenir shops! We only stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and I have no complaints about this hotel. We loved our stay definitely recommending if you need convenience especially you're going to be out roaming Venice all day and you just need a place to crash in.

Keep looking
Room was very small, barely enough room to walk around the very hard bed. Air condition was small hole in ceiling which barely blew in cool air. Accompanying the air was a fan. We would have checked out after the first night, but the hotel said we would be charged for the all days booked. The only good thing about the hotel it was close to train station and had an ok breakfast. Keep looking you can find better.
