Ruined Trip - Damaged Vehicle
One of their valet drivers hit a curb in my brand new car, damaging the rim and cutting a gouge in the tire, exposing the cording. I had to replace the tire as they would do nothing other than make a report. None of the men even offered to put the spare on for me! The management didn’t bother to check on my party after the incident, nor did they offer any sort of compensation or discount.

ada rollin shower condo
we stayed in a ada rollin shower condo. the bathroom was big but for someone who is in a wheelchair the transfer to the toilet was almost impossible because the toilet is to low to the ground and there should be a elongated toilet with a elongated seat. the vanity should be open at the bottom for a wheelchair to slide under. the door going out to the balcony should have a flat plate on the floor with no lip.

Thank you to Kristy and Housekeeping at Hilton
I accidentally left something in the room and when I called the Hilton Kristy was super friendly and concerned and promptly sent me to housekeeping. Glenda in housekeeping went out of her way to make sure I got this back. She was so friendly and genuine. I will stay at this location again thanks to these two ladies who went above and beyond! Super friendly staff!!!

Overrated and overpriced hotel!
Way too expensive for what they offer. The rooms are definitely nothing remarkable. The whole hotel needs major updating. The mattresses were rock hard. Room needed a major deep cleaning. Parking is not even connected to the hotel. We even checked out a day earlier with how terrible our sleep quality was. The only positive thing this hotel has going for it is the location. I would not go back to this hotel nor recommend it.

Perfect place to stay on the Branson Landing.
A little more pricey than we usually choose, but it’s our 25th anniversary and we decided it was worth it to be right on the Landing. It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Check-in was fast and smooth and our bags and vehicle were taken care of immediately. $25 for valet, vs $15 was a no-brainer for the extra $10. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
