Beautiful location!
The hotel was in an amazing location, staff was helpful when our luggage got lost. The building is older however I noticed they made some upgrades to the bathroom. The location is right next to a large canal where you can see gondolas go by while you enjoy a beverage. I was out there often for breakfast and evening. Well worth the money.

Great location
The location was outstanding! The hotel was charming, staff was friendly. We had only two complaints. The first was the pillows. It made it so hard to sleep and be comfortable, they were so flat and hard. The other thing was the temperature control in the room. It was too warm at night. We opened the windows, but being on the canal made for a lot of noise at night which made it difficult to sleep.

Perfect location. Impeccable service.
A great location hotel with impeccable service all round. It can get a little noisy outside with being at the heart of a busy Gondola station but it also makes for part of the charm of Venice...the sounds and vibe. The room was small but had two windows with canal views which was lovely. The flooring on the entrance to the room is a little tired but just a minor issue. great shower! The breakfasts are plentiful with a lot of choice and a generous time span to enjoy breakfast whether you are an early or later riser. Really enjoyed sitting with a coffee from the bar, on one of the little balconies that over look the canal and soak up the atmosphere.
