Great location downtown near the square and waterfront. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. The front desk people helped us with all our questions and needs. GREAT free breakfast with fresh fruit and bread and made to order hot food. A bakery is 10 steps next door and we smelled wonderful fresh bread all the time!

Amazing Stay

Hotel Plaza Cozumel is like a home away from home! Great rooftop pool with lots of recliners, free breakfast that has a great selection of fruit, bread/buns, and omelets, French toast or Hot cakes. Beds are comfortable and the staff are amazing, Hiberto, Estrela, Mariano are very helpful. Try getting a room not facing the Main Street as they is a bar across the street from the hotel that is open until 5AM fairy frequently.

What a lovely hotel, close to everywhere we needed to get. The staff were great, room was just what we needed, breakfast (included - to order) was delicious. Rooftop pool and patio was a nice bonus.
