My husband and I stayed for six nights. We had a wonderful time! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and the beach are beautiful! Remember to wear swim shoes because it is quite rocky off the beach, but there is a pier that you stepped down to get into the water. There’s beautiful fish swimming all around! The only thing I would say is the rooms are a little outdated, but that did not stop us from having a wonderful time!

We had a great time at Iberostar in Cozumel. The property was clean and all the food service people were very accommodating. Not all of the on site restaurants were open and the newly renovated buffet facility reopened the day before we left. Most all of the food served at the buffet was pretty good however there were some of the choices that shouldn't have been set again after two or three days. Our room was kept clean and our towels and bed sheets were changed out at least once during our week stay. The purified water stations were easily accessed.
