Not worth the price
Very difficult to reach anyone for resolution with questions - tried ahead of trip and throughout our stay multiple times. Did not honor the member perks noted when booking (they weren’t even clear what they were), asked us to forward our confirmation and then never followed up even after reaching out multiple times and visiting the desk/butlers. Rooms were not restocked daily as promised and required us messaging each day. Clearly not used to odd numbered groups - paid extra for a three person table at Chic and only received starters for two. Were upcharged frequently throughout stay and there were strategic “discounts” on things like the spa so it was virtually impossible to use any of the discounts provided with our booking since offers cannot be combined. Prepare to be pitched frequently on the members club as well. The property, rooms, pools were fantastic as well as the staff at the pools/restaurants. But overall very disappointing for an all inclusive considering how much we had to follow up and request basics (or pay a fee).

Great property and staff! Enjoyed my quick trip there. We were well taken care of by the pool by Omar, great employee. Only complaints was the food at El Gaucho but the rest of the restaurants were great and we did not receive our supposed VIP or free upgrades upon our arrival or given that option, kind of misleading.
