Big property, spread out. Was more walking than expected. Breakfast and lunch were great. Dinner was underwhelming. I don’t drink coffee but wife said it was fantastic. I got horribly ill the first night, and wife about two nights later. Wasn’t the flu, wasn’t a virus at all. Pools were well kept and staff was nice. Masks are still require to all restaurants and also the gym. That was very disappointing to me, but I personally am not a fan of masks. No possible way to run on a treadmill with a mask on. Overall it was a good trip. Not sure the value was there, I have been to Mexico a few times and this was the most expensive of the 3, but not my best experience. I would rate the value at “fair” and my experience at “good”

I couldn’t have been happier with the staff here. Everyone was so nice. Some of the restaurants weren’t the best but I think we found something we liked at them all. The French was the best. The Indian was pretty bad. But we aren’t disappointed. Room service food was hit or miss. Dinner from room service was definitely a lot better then the breakfast. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with people. The beach and the staff on the beach was amazing. Including the adult trs pool. We really had a such a good time and will be going back here if we ever go to Cancun again. Ricky from the TRS pool was hands down amazing and made us feel like we’ve know him for years. Love this place.

I checked in with Brian who gave me a QR code to post 5 Stars based on his check-in. During my check-in with Brian I upgraded to the TRS area and what I was shown to be a swim up suite. Brian said my room wasn't ready and I would get an email when it was. 3 hours later not having an email and tired of lugging my backpack around at the only open bar I go back to the lobby in search of Brian. Brian is gone for the day. He forgot to send my email before he left. Also, I found out it the room ready was not the one anticipated. After paying even more money for the room desired I was finally checked in. Long story short: the floor was sticky, I had to call maintenance to fix my bathtub and security to tell the screaming 20-somethings to be quiet at 4 am. Pretty resort, not worth the money.

Check in: Took a little longer than expected, but they wanted to make sure you understood the resort. Didn’t know we had to upgrade to visit certain sections of the resort. But overall didn’t seem like we needed it at this time. And definitely worth it after-the fact as you definitely need the information if it’s your first time going here. Experience: We had a great time, huge beautiful property with a lot to do. From multiple swimming pools scattered around the property with stunning views to being on the beach, shows, night life, and the hydrotherapy spa which is a must to see/do. Staff: -Eclipse Sky Bar Gio Jassel Samuel Sergio These guys are awesome, they make the best drinks at this resort. Treat them like family and they treat you like family. Exotic drink styles that are picturesque. Dj takes song recommendations, ask for some Reggaetón and the party will start bumping! Ana our housekeeping, did a spectacular job on cleaning our room. And making sure the mini fridge was stocked full of water and beer. And overall all the staff were really friendly and always saying hello and if you need anything to just ask. Food: Very tasteful, beautiful dishes from many of their restaurants. They do require a reservation for them so you may want to plan ahead in that aspect. But they do have the Beach Club and Isla Blanca which don’t require a reservation open majority of the morning/evening. We will definitely be coming back!
