Staff was great. Property was lovely. Overall experience was excellent. My four year old did get a cut from one of the pools. When speaking to the lifeguard, he mentioned this is quite common in that specific pool. Many people get injured from the tiles the pool is made of. The staff took a photo of the cut and said they were gonna file an incident report. They handled it well. They cleaned and bandaid my girl.

Do not stay in this hotel, service was horrible! they are severely understaffed, the beach had black seaweed and we couldn’t use it, housekeeping forgot to do my room twice, i had to call the front desk so they could clean up my room at 7 pm! food was pretty basic, the specialty restaurant were good, except for the mexican one, ironically it was the worst! very disappointing! waiters acted bothered when you asked them for drinks at the buffet, i had to chase them down for coffee or water, very aggravating, don’t waste your money!

Such a beautiful Hotel. No complaints. Rooms are beautiful. Air conditioning is perfect, we even got too cold in our rooms. Staff is Amazing. They really go above and beyond to make you happy. I highly recommend Hilton Cancun. It is not in the Hotel Zone, but that was not an issue for us. Shuttles can take you wherever you want. Pools are great. The one thing that was a bummer was the seaweed in the ocean. But the Hotel does clear it as much as possible. And be careful with those Mosquitoes! Came home with a nice collection of bites. Bring bug spray for sure!

Stayed here for our family vacation (traveled w/ a 5 and 13 yr. old) and thought we’d have a pleasant experience based off of past experiences with Hilton. The check-in process alone was a tedious process. It was almost like you were buying a used car! A lot of unnecessary talking! We were told to go to another desk to make our dinner reservation, to be told there were no reservations available. And that’s that we called days before arriving, and was told we couldn’t make any dinner reservations until we were checked in. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case The rooms alone were very nice, spacious, clean and well designed. If this review was solely based on the room itself, I would’ve given it a 5 star review. The food at this “resort” was HORRENDOUS!!! The was nothing to rave around and my kids and I went to bed many of nights just off of nibbling on things from the buffet. The pool side food options were not any better. We thought we’d give room service a try, and waited over 2 hours for our food to be delivered to the room, to be given a plate of food that appeared to re-warmed in the microwave. We thought I was just us, but it appeared a number of guest were disappointed by the room service, but the amount of food left in the hallways. However, the only places we found to be good and fulfilling was Suna (the Asian restaurant) and the grill inside the buffet on seafood night. Everything else was very disappointing. The property was clean and well maintained, but the staff and their service was horrible.we ordered room service never came, and second time late and wrong order.I will not recommend anyone on their property.I bet there’s better ones out there.
