Rain water leakages at the lobby and buffet at many places. Drainage smell at the most of the places, especially around the Diamond Club area. Live and dead lizards at several places. Limited vegetarian main course options for lunch n dinner, especially if you are an Indian vegetarian you can simple forget about the real vegetarian. Since they use same dishes, spoons egc for for beef and veggies. No real value addition with Diamond Club if you are non-alcoholic. Pathetic room service. Overall 1/5. This is based on the experience during 2022 Christmas visit for 5 days stayed in Diamond Club with family.

I liked how most staff was very friendly and helpful some not so much. My big complaint was the fact that it was an ALL INCLUSIVE resort but my friend was still charged an $150 cancellation fee rsvp for restaurants. Just doesn’t make sense

My stay was simply amazing. The staff was great and the food was great. Cons about my stay would be way too many mosquitoes in the room and the rooms need updating. Our bed was broke, the mirror in the bathroom was visibly damaged and walls need to be repainted. Also housekeeping would take our wash clothes while they cleaned our room and they would not replace them. I had to call 3 different time to have wash clothes sent to my room which was a huge inconvenience. Other than that we loved it there and will definitely choose Royalton again!

I was locked out of my room twice. The power in my room went out once. They did not provide the room I initially requested. The check-in was delayed Room service order was wrong and they never returned with the correct order. I actually like the resort as this was my second visit but unfortunately my recent experience was disappointing.

Pro: Kids water play area was good and plenty of pool areas for big kids too. Nice white sand beach. Staffs was friendly. We enjoyed the Steak house and Indian restaurants. Con: All other foods were so-so, water down drinks. Our swim out pool was shaded all day so it was too cold to swim in November. Overall the stay was ok. Could be better if they were no mosquitoes.
