Only stayed for 3 nights. Beautiful resort and wonderful staff. Our room was spacious and clean. We did not use room service. On our 1st day, I could tell our room was serviced at least 3x (I entered it multiple times during the day and every time I did, I noticed a change). This was despite a "do not disturb" sign hung out. The sign was removed at some point by the staff. I could tell the bed and minibar was serviced separately. We enjoyed the 1st come, 1st served policy for their dinner restaurants. As others have mentioned, the Mexican restaurant was good, so was the Asian one. The Hibachi must be reserved 2-3 days ahead and it was booked out for us during our stay. The French restaurant was a disappointment as other have mentioned; don't bother. I recommend tipping before ordering drinks to get a better version of the typical all-inclusive watered-down cocktails. The 24-hr cafe is small and has very limited options of bland tasting pastries and snacks. Beach is decent, there were seaweeds but that's expected along this coast. They do clean it it the morning but they're bound to reaccumulate throughout the day. It didnt stop us from swimming out. Many reviews cautioned about the timeshare pitch which is masked as a free tour to their new AMR resort. I'm so glad I read them here so we declined. We had no interest and time for it. Overall, we enjoyed this resort.

Excellent property, my 2nd stay this year. Food could use some improvement BUT there are so many dining options, you’re bound to find something you like. Phenomenal service staff! Just wish they wouldn’t try to push the Timeshare Tours on Preferred Club guests. It’s annoying. Other than that, excellent property & I’ll definitely return again!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Dreams! The staff are very helpful, friendly and take good care of you. The check in process was very neat and they provide early check in or late check out as I booked through expedia. We chose the late check out as we could leisurely go to the airport. There are good dining options, cafes etc .. it's a paradise if you are a sea food lover but there are vegetarian options as well. Our waiter Mitchell at the mexican restaurant inside the resort was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes etc. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Mexico.

Brilliant family stay
Had a fantastic 4-night family stay. The hotel is beautiful and the choice of food and activities is great. The only fault I'd mention is that we got $400 in vouchers to use at the hotel but the T&Cs of those are very restrictive so we ended up not using even one dollar... To be clear - the hotel was great even without this but turning something that was meant to be a perk to something a bit frustrating was a shame
