"While situated in a convenient location to San Juan, this property is severely outdated. It’s overpriced for the stature of the rooms listed and the one we chose was the king bedroom. It featured dirty bathroom appliances that had buildup residue scum on the sink faucet and shower head. Toilet is situated right between the sink and shower, like theres very little space between these three things so only one person can be in there at a time. After checking then bed, I noticed a pillowcase had a red stain on it like makeup and the sheets weren’t properly placed onto the bed along with the severely thin comforter underneath the sheets. While housekeeping provided new sheets and pillowcases, they werent properly placed onto the bed again. Overall, take into account how recent buildings were made so you can make a decision on the cleanliness of the rooms and property itself. Also, upon arriving, I noticed the rug looked moldy like it’s never been cleaned, floors looked like were rarely mopped, bathroom ceiling had water stains, the tv countertop had a random cup stain and was dusty so it was basically never wiped down. Be aware of renting a car as well and leaving it parked in the garage because somehow our registration and car jack was missing from inside the car, even though it was parked in a secured garage. We didnt notice til after we returned the car and figured it went missing on our last night in this hotel. I will never be picking a hilton hotel again."

"Let's start with my arrival. Outside of some minor issues with their card machine (needs to be updated to the pay and tap system), my check in was decent. When it came to the arrival at my room I was thoroughly disappointed. The furniture was old. All the metal finishings' were rusted. There was sand on the floor and I had just walked in. The hallway floors are stained as if they have no been shampooed in some time. There should be more seating in the lobby area considering the size of it. With all that said, I enjoyed my stay after I was placed in a new room."
