The staff was amazing at hotel! It's gives you an old time feel. The bar was a great addition to the stay. There was no elevator but the stairs were clean and had all the safety amenities needed. If I ever go back to Puerto Rico, I will definitely look them up again.

The top floor premium rooms with balcony are closer to electric generator that makes noise when on. The staff were good enough to move us to a lower quieter floor. Genuinely really nice staff who had to mange a situation where the water supply to all of San Juan was cut off. They gave option to cancel but we were glad to have stayed as location is central with lots to explore.
