Everyone on the staff was nice and helpful but there are series maintenance and managerial issues with this hotel. We received only 2 towels, and had to request more (hand and wash towels). It was freezing cold in our room and couldn’t turn the AC off, a maintenance guy came to fix it but it still didn’t work, and we couldn’t get a good night sleep. The next day we were moved to another room where we could leave the door to the balcony open to get some warmth. Other guests told us they have the same issue. The worst wifi ever, it bounced off every few minutes and you need to go through a few steps to get back on. No hot water, lukewarm at best. Again staff was nice, especially Fabian at the restaurant.

Not a Good hotel
The experience was horrible. The employees were very friendly, however the cleanliness of the hotel in the rooms left a lot to be desired. The matress are not comfortable. The colis are felt and if you want to leave in the early morning there is no staff at the counter who can help you. There was only one young woman in the parking lot who helped us kindly. The cost of parking is $11 or so, but the hotel taxes for 2 nights amounted to $87. The reality is that for less money I was able to stay in another hotel. I don't recommend it.
