6/10 Good

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Cons, can hear the nightclubs from room until early morning. Hotel pictures are deceiving. Property is much more outdated. Lack of cleanliness, pool needs to be updated. Bathroom was dirty, couch had stains everywhere, floor looked as if it hadn't been mopped.

8/10 Very good

The staff were very friendly, personable and accommodating. The hotel was very unique in architecture and the landscaping was pretty. The location was close enough to walk to all the action but just far enough away for a peaceful stay.

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, clubs. But it is very quiet once you enter the hotel. I did not use the pool. Rooms are clean and match the pictures shown on the site. Great service!!!

10/10 Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s within walking distance of both the beach and Calle 5ta, where all the action is in Playa del Carmen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is more of a boutique-style hotel. While it is beachfront, there isn’t direct beach access for swimming. One thing I especially appreciated was the nighttime security, which made me feel safe and comfortable. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Nice place, conveniently located. The seaweed was awful so everything smelled really bad but that is not the hotels fault.
