To begin, I was disappointed that my room was not available until after 4 pm even though check in was at 3 pm. Having arrived at the resort around 1 pm I could not access my luggage or carry on as it was “held” until my room was ready. The room was nice once I could get in but nothing overly special. I was disappointed that signage around the grounds were not well placed and assessing where to eat and play was a little confusing. There were no daily activities advertised and it was just luck that we fell upon a nighttime fire show around the big pool. Housekeeping was minimal and restocking the empty room fridge was a diffic I will not return
