The best bars and pubs in Langkawi are excellent for enjoying a few beverages and friendly company at the end of a busy day. Many are beachfront joints where you can enjoy a great view of the Andaman Sea. Thanks to the island’s duty-free policy, a pint of beer in Langkawi is significantly cheaper than most destinations in Malaysia.

While Langkawi's nightlife scene is always changing, many of the most popular bars and pubs have managed to endure and flourish – making them legendary haunts among locals and visitors. Check out our favorite places to enjoy a drink in Langkawi.
