This was my second time at the resort and I wish I can give this place 10 stars for both times.I was so happy to find out that my room was upgraded to ocean view because of my gold member status with hotels.com and i also received a free bottle of champagne.The staff here is what makes this place so special . Everyone here is so nice and helpful. The food was delicious and the quality was excellent . My husband and I really enjoyed the buffets. The Hyatt Vivid was perfect. The location, the pool, the staff, and especially the Spa. Teresa gave my the most amazing deep tissue massage and facial. I was so relaxed afterwards. Also the closeness to 5th Ave was amazing. We walked two blocks and were in the middle of it all. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and can’t wait to return.

The resort, staff and food were all excellent, the daily and nightly entertainment was always fun as well. We had a wonderful stay. The 5th avenue pedestrian street is right outside the Hyatt door, making it super easy to go off resort and explore the city.
