The Hyatt Vivid was perfect. The location, the pool, the staff, and especially the Spa. Teresa gave my the most amazing deep tissue massage and facial. I was so relaxed afterwards. This is the 3rd all inclusive resort that we have stayed at in Cancun. It exceeded our expectations. The pool area is large and chair areas plentiful. You don't feel like you have to go early to the pool area to claim a lounge chair. The entertainment was totally professional...shades of Cirque de Soleil? The food was varied and well prepared. We stayed for a week and always found something new to try. What most impressed us was how well trained the staff is. Everyone was friendly and would do whatever they could to help you. We will be back.
