I have stayed at several Hard Rock properties in the USA. And the Hard Rock in Cancun was the BEST Hard Rock I ever stayed at. All of the Staff was Amazing. I stayed there for 5 nights and there was not one staff member that wasn't helpful or rude.. All the restaurants where amazing and the pool and beach area was clean and beautiful. Plus the entertainment was exceptional there was always something going on and never a dull moment.

The resort is the perfect size. You can get into the music and DJ or grab another pool area where it is less crowded and more quiet. We saw several families and everyone had room to do what they wanted. There is not a truly adult side to the property but we didn’t notice and we’re not bothered by families or little ones.

Have stayed in Cancun twice. Hard rock Cancun food is great. The teppan was amazing ! The Steakhouse was amazing I think the food was great and room service 24 is great and food was very good! The staff is nice but not overly friendly at all. I don’t like that pool closed at 8 your on vacation they should be open at least until 9pm. Overall I think they are good.
