The room is spacious, with comprehensive amenities, and the turndown service was good. The hotel views are lovely and it’s conveniently located near a train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was breakfast. It took very long to get a seat even when it wasn’t at full capacity (we had to queue every day), the service was slow and the variety of the food could become repetitive after a couple of days.

Such an amazing stay at Conrad Tokyo! All the staff across all departments and facilities were incredible and made me feel super welcome and well taken care of. The views are stunning and loved the hotel facilities including restaurants, fitness centre and spa. The breakfast was amazing!
