Easy access around Tokyo
The room space was typical for a big city, enough room as needed. I appreciated the helpful staff in guiding me in public transportation options.

small but comfortable, everything you need
second time I've stayed here, the location is great not in the middle of the action but 5 min walk to it. room is very small ( typical for Tokyo ) and very comfortable but I did struggle to put my suitcase out of the way. I'd definitely stay again, it's a really nice comfortable space and the room facilities are great ( USB charger, powerpoint in bedhead, brand name toiletries, nightgown, kettle, ice machine in hall etc )

Good for the price
It is a bit of a distance from the Shinjuku west station to the hotel, probably about 10-15 minute walk, not too bad but when you are hauling a bunch of shopping bags it does get tiring. However the hotel service was above average, very attentive and housekeeping was good. The triple room was bigger than I though with nice view so we were satisfied. Many restaurants inside hotel building and it is convenient.
