Loved it!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Good location as it was a short walk to the subway line and a nice walk to the happening places. we found the best ramen right around the corner. I’d definitely stay there again !

Home away from home
This place was more than I excepted, the room was clean and had everything you would need and more. Even if you forget something my cousin forgot his razor they had some available in the lobby. Pros: Uber from Haneda airport was quick and easy to get to the hotel, clean, kitchen, utensils both Japanese and western. The writing area, tv section, bathroom, and sink with mirror are in their own section no one will be in anyone’s way. The toiletries are full size Bottles you don’t have to pack your own if you don’t want to, they give you toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, Ironing board, a safe, Beds were comfortable and well made. Key card gives you security as you can’t get to any floor without it. Easy walking distance to many shops, good food around with corner with English an other language menus. 15min walk to the shinjuku station. Con: I personally didn’t have any! The only thing I could see is if your an elderly person or a person with knee/ leg problems the bath tub might be too high.

Very good size rooms
Excellent facility with Good sized rooms, considering in Japan most are small. Very clean. Wish it was A little closer to subway station but other than that, very good choice in Shinjuku area

What a great find! I lived in Japan for six years (many years ago), and rooms can be small. This room-apartment was spacious (by Japanese standards). The bed was nice. The bathroom was good. GREAT water pressure! Hot water came immediately! There is a small fridge and a stove, though we did zero cooking. There are places nearby to eat. I would not pay for the hotel breakfast, which is not bad, but instead I would go to the Yoshinoya-like place 1 block away and get a Japanese breakfast there for under 600 yen. (Yes, there are some with eggs, but these are Japanese breakfasts. For the REAL deal, get the natto with fish option. I love natto!!!)

The hotel was perfect. Close to train station, not too busy of an area. The hotel was extremely clean, and staff was very courteous and helpful. We had the breakfast a few days and it was very good, a lot of choices and was very tasty. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Overall conveniently located and close to the train station. The room was pretty spacious but it wasn’t the cleanest or newest hotel room. reasonably priced overall and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good 6.0
It’s nice and close enough to walk to the busy area. It’s close to a train station which is really nice. Reminded me of a comfort in type of hotel in the states. Does the job for one night.
