So far the beat place for me in Shinjuku area. Airport Limousine bus from and to both Haneda and Narita airports, and also hotel shuttle bus to Shinjuku main station. Breakfast is amazing and the burger at night as well.

Will stay again next time
The hotel front desk and concierge services were excellent. The location is not so convenient but the hotel shuttle was wonderful and helped to make it up. The hotel is outdated though they said it has been renovated but it is clean and spacious.
