Hotel tranquilo, con buen mantenimiento y limpieza. Servicio al Cliente Bueno y amabilidad algo ya muy difícil de encontrar en Cancún. Algunas recomendaciones: 1. Desayuno, constantemenre salado 2. Hay un ozonificador en los cuartos que nadie sabe usar y no hay ningún manual. 3. La regadera es un caos, mal construida y eso hace que se inunde todo el baño. Playa tranquila y con buena disponibilidad de camastros. Beach Club siempre con buenas opciones y precios no exagerados como en otros Beach Clubs. El servicio en general compensan las cosas que marcaría como mejora.

It’s a no frills property. A bit dated but they keep it clean and the staff are nice. Food options are limited and a bit overpriced. Beach is great and it felt safe. The tv and phone did not work but I guess we were in town just for the beds. We had excursions during the day so this was ok for a short stay.

The added breakfast buffet was a good idea to add for my stay, didn’t have to leave the property much other than dinner and snacks. Clean room, very nice staff, and clean property. Right on the beach you can walk to and from. Not the hotels fault but seaweed season happened to start when I went, I still managed to go to Isla mujeres to escape it. I would definitely stay again!
